The vagina version of the Tera Patrick Fleshlight uses the Twist Fleshlight sleeve. It features an opening which is moulded from Tera Patricks own vagina and therefore a perfect replica. The first thing that struck us was just how realistic it looks and feels. We would actually challenge anyone to feel the opening and be able to tell the difference between it and the real thing.
