The opening is a perfect replica of Alexis Texas and the closest any of us will ever get to the real thing. It looks and feels exceptionally realistic, inviting from the very second you touch it.
The Lady version of the Alexis Texas Fleshlight, featuring the Outlaw Fleshlight sleeve, is comprised of two transition chambers and two main chambers.
Transition One
Most Fleshlight sleeves start with a main chamber once you are through the opening. However, the Outlaw Fleshlight sleeve starts with what is known as a transition chamber. This is a chamber which connects the main chambers together.
As the first transition chamber this is the widest section of the entire Fleshlight sleeve. It starts relatively narrow, quickly gets to its widest, then gently narrows ever so slightly. The walls of this transition chamber are lined with soft and flexible triangular shaped nubs. These are positioned at different locations around the chamber wall and offer a gentle form of stimulation. As you move through this transition chamber these triangular nubs gently flex in the direction you are moving. This adds a gentle tightening regardless of which direction you are moving.
Chamber One
Chamber one is the least tight of the two main chambers. However, it does start to tighten the further you progress through it while offering a unique form of stimulation.
The walls of this chamber are lined with long sting like ribs which run lengthways along the sleeve in a corkscrew pattern. This creates a very similar pattern to the threads of a screw. These sting like nubs are then lined with soft ball shaped nubs which are well spaced out.
The corkscrew pattern of the ribs creates a pleasurable twisting sensation as you move along the chamber. As this happens the nubs which line the ribs enhance the stimulation even further.
Transition Two
This second transition chamber is very much like the first. The main difference is that it is shorter and much tighter. It is lined with similar shaped and flexible nubs which also bend in the direction you are moving through the Fleshlight sleeve. While this is not hugely stimulating the sensation of tightness significantly increases in this second transition chamber.
Chamber Two
The second and final chamber of the Lady version of the Alexis Texas Fleshlight is an exact replica of the first main chamber. The one and only difference is that this chamber is much tighter than the first.
This chamber offers the same form of stimulation as the first main chamber only much more intense. This is largely down to the fact it is a much tighter chamber making the twisting motion much firmer. You will also find that this chamber is the one chamber where the natural suction effect is at its most noticeable.
Cleaning
The majority of the Lady Alexis Texas Fleshlight is relatively easy to clean. You will find the first main chamber and the two transition chambers offer little in the way of places for lube to become lodged. However, the second main chamber is a little more challenging to keep clean. Because this chamber is quite tight the ribs which line it are very closely positioned together. You will most certainly find you have to use your finger, as well as water, to clean between the ribs.
The Outlaw Fleshlight sleeve is one of the fastest drying sleeves we have seen. This means you can hide it away nearly straight away after cleaning.
Overall
The Alexis Texas Fleshlight featuring the Outlaw sleeve is certainly an enjoyable product to use. It offers a good degree of stimulation and gets tighter the further you progress inside.
The gentle twisting sensation provided by the Outlaw Fleshlight sleeve is nothing short of incredible. With that said the twisting motion is also something we have an issue with. As pleasant as this is we cannot help but think this would be a better form of stimulation had this Fleshlight been aiming to replicate an oral experience. Therefore, if you are looking for a high degree of realism in a Fleshlight you would be best advised to look at a different product.
With all that said we highly recommend the Alexis Texas Fleshlight featuring the Outlaw Fleshlight sleeve. It offers a unique and highly pleasant form of stimulation and is easy to clean after use. The very fact that it is moulded from the legendary Alexis Texas is the icing on the cake.

Like the Lady version the Butt version of the Alexis Texas is moulded to be an exact perfect replica of the adult film actress. This alone is the very reason we were excited to get started with our Alexis Texas Fleshlight review. The opening is highly realistic both to the touch and look. This version of the Alexis Texas Fleshlight comes with the Tornado Fleshlight sleeve. This Fleshlight sleeve is made from a single chamber that runs the entire length of the sleeve.
Main Chamber
Very much like the Lady version of this product the Butt version of the Alexis Texas Fleshlight provides a similar form of stimulation. This stimulation is mainly created though a gentle twisting motion as you move back and forth along the Tornado Fleshlight sleeve. Undoubtedly this sleeve has been given its name because it creates a tornado like sensation.
The entire length of the Tornado Fleshlight sleeve is with thick ribs which run in a corkscrew or tornado pattern. These ribs are closely positioned together and are responsible for the highly enjoyable twisting sensation.
It is not just the patterns of tornado patterned ribs which generate stimulation when using this Alexis Texas Fleshlight. Each rib is lined with dimples which create a highly stimulating ripple like sensation as you rub along them.
This main chamber of the Tornado Fleshlight sleeve remains a constant tightness from the opening to the end.
Cleaning
Because of the basic nature of the Tornado Fleshlight sleeve texture it is easy to clean and dry. There are no real places where lube can become lodged so in most cases simply running warm water through the sleeve will be enough. On some occasions you may find that stubborn lube may become lodged between the ribs but this is rare.
Once you have cleaned this version of the Alexis Texas Fleshlight you will find that it drys very quickly as well. This means you will not have to leave it lying around while it drys.
Overall
This Butt version of the Alexis Texas Fleshlight is a highly enjoyable product to use. The suction effect that is present on all Fleshlight products is not the best with this product although you would next expect this from an anal Fleshlight.
As simple as the texture is this Fleshlight offers a highly stimulating experience. The twisting effect combined with the ripple effect feels incredible.
We would say that this is not the most realistic anal Fleshlight available. As enjoyable as the twisting effect is it takes away the sense of realism. After all you would not experience this effect with the real thing. This would be a much better effect had this been an oral version of the Alexis Texas Fleshlight. If a highly realistic anal Fleshlight is what you are looking for then you would be best advised to choose a different product.
With that said, this Fleshlight is something you will want to use again and again. It really does offer an exceptionally mind blowing experience. The fact that it is so easy to clean also makes this a highly recommended product.
